When we’re unmotivated, lacking confidence, and down on ourselves, health is often one of the first things to be neglected.

This is unfortunate because caring for oneself emotionally and physically are not two separate things. Letting go of our health undermines everything else.

Conversely, approaching our health as something valuable, as tool for our happiness—and not a chore—can be transformative.
